SUMMER DEW TOUR

Summer DEW Tour is an annual skateboard competition that has served as an Olympic-qualifying event and garners a global audience across its 40,000 attendees and livestream platforms. Kilowatt One champions environmentally friendly practices and socially driven organizations that are seamlessly woven into event operations and team culture. BizBash awarded the holistic sustainability program Best Sustainability Program in 2020, and Dew Tour is a finalist for 2022.

MALIBU CHILI COOK-OFF

The Malibu Chili Cook-Off is a carnival-style festival that takes place on Labor Day Weekend in Malibu, California. Hosted by the Boys & Girls Club of Malibu, it benefits both the Club and its local partner charities supporting youth in Malibu. Dozens of vendors and activities participate, requiring event-wide communication to execute sustainability strategies. Kilowatt One has made this premiere attraction, with an attendance of over 30,000 during the weekend, a Zero Waste Event.

UNDER THE BIG SKY

Under the Big Sky Festival is a 3-day music experience in Whitefish, MT that features headline acts, VIP spaces, and local cuisine, libations, and artisans. A daily attendance that almost triples the population of Whitefish presents logistical challenges, and Kilowatt One works in-step with operations to find solutions with limited resources. Located at the doorstep to Glacier National Park, protecting the region’s natural resources is an elemental Event value.
